Buying
The site uses Google Checkout. This is a secure online payment processing service provided by Google aimed at simplifying the process of paying for online purchases. Users store their credit or debit card and shipping information in their Google Account, so that they can purchase at participating stores at the click of a button. Google Checkout also offers fraud protection, as well a unified page for tracking purchases and their status.
Your card is authorised at the time of checkout, but no money is actually taken until your order is ready to be dispatched.
Delivery
The prints are rolled in acid free tissue and dispatched in sturdy cardboard tubes. They are posted Ist class mail. Delivery within 21 days

Return of goods
I operate a "no-quibble" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to me in its original condition within 21 days from the date of delivery. It is essential that the artwork is returned in the same condition you receive it, and in its original packaging.
Once I receive the artwork from you in its original condition, I will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item or a replacement, if available, if this is required. Unfortunately we cannot refund any delivery charges paid by you.
